§2 Definitions
Client - an individual, legal entity or organizational unit making a purchase through a store.
Salesman — Yelyzaveta Dukhnin Technohub Wrocław.
Shop — an online store managed by the Seller.
Product - products offered for sale through the store.
§3 Placing orders
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- The condition for completing an order is to provide correct contact information.
- The purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the Seller.
- All prices are indicated in Polish zloty (PLN).
§4 Products
- The store offers the sale of new and used Apple devices, as well as electronic accessories.
- The technical and visual condition of used devices is always described in the product offer.
- Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only unless otherwise noted.
§5 Payments
Available forms of payment:
- BLIK
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Payment cards Visa and Mastercard
§6 Delivery
Available delivery forms:
- InPost Paczkomaty
- Courier InPost
- Courier DPD
The standard order fulfillment time is from 1 to 3 business days from the date of payment.
§7 Complaints
The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the purchased product.
Complaints should be sent to:

The complaint must contain:
- first and last name of the Client;
- order number;
- description of the problem;
- proof of purchase: a receipt, invoice, or other proof of purchase from a store.
The Seller may contact the Client with a request to supplement the missing information necessary to consider the complaint.
Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complete complaint statement.
§8 Warranty
- Select products are covered by the seller's warranty.
- The warranty period ranges from 30 to 365 days.
- The exact warranty period is indicated individually in the description of each product.
The warranty does not apply to:
- mechanical damage;
- flooding;
- unauthorized repairs;
- damage resulting from improper use.
§9 Final provisions
In matters not regulated by this document, the rules of Polish law and the law of the European Union apply.
Warranty terms
1. Scope of warranty
Devices offered by Technohub Wrocław may be covered by the seller's warranty.
The warranty period ranges from 30 to 365 days and is indicated in the product description each time.
2. Terms of use of the guarantee
To use the warranty, the Customer must provide proof of purchase of the product.
In particular, the following is considered proof of purchase:
- cash receipt;
- VAT invoice;
- bank transfer confirmation;
- order confirmation.
3. Exclusions from warranty
The warranty does not apply to:
- mechanical damage;
- flooding of the device;
- damage resulting from improper use;
- self-repair or intervention of third parties;
- natural operational wear.
4. Claim procedure
Complaints should be sent to:

The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complete application.
